We use St Jean’s Cannery for all of our personal fishing processing. When fishing in Ucluelet, we typically keep our fish in coolers and then drop them off at the Port Alberni depot on the way back to civilization. We highly recommend choosing dates and then booking your accommodations and boat soon!
